This request for service is between Monica Yorba and the above-mentioned client only.

Request for service does not guarantee a service contract.

All payments are processed through Venmo or Zelle. Please contact Monica Yorba for payment information.

The serving sizes are estimates and Monica Yorba is not responsible for any cake shortage or overage based on how the cake was cut or consumed.

At this exchange, Monica Yorba releases all liability. Monica Yorba is not liable for any damages from the desserts that is not directly caused by Monica Yorba, nor any property or person. The client or their representative is fully responsible for care and proper protection of the dessert.  Some desserts may contain dairy ingredients and would therefore require refrigeration.   The client and their representative are fully responsible for the care of the product and the care of the product if they so choose to disseminate the dessert.

Monica Yorba is not liable for any damages from third parties, transporters, or food handlers; be it physical, chemical, or biological contaminants, such as dirt, plastics, allergic reactions, poison from flower residue, any chemical cleaning agents used on or around the desserts, or biological contaminants directly from surfaces or from food handlers.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the county of Santa Luis Obispo, California.
